Orders
Orders can only be placed through our web shop on www.Goldwingsite.eu. After payment you will receive a confirmation of your order from us. Goldwingsite.eu beholds the right to cancel an order without further notice. By placing an order with the Goldwingsite.eu you have made a buyers agreement on Dutch law. These conditions are a part of the buyer’s agreement. You can not change these conditions without written agreement from the Goldwingsite.eu.
Prices
All the prices are tax included and are valid as long as products are in storage. Prices are under reservation of changes and typing errors.
Payments
Products will be delivered after receiving payment. You can pay in different ways at Goldwingsite.eu. With shipping the payment should be in before delivery. Products will only be delivered after the payment is in our account.
Delivery
Products will be sent as soon as possible, ( when receiving payment) but will take no longer than 12 workdays unless the product is not in storage or has to be ordered by our shop. In that case you will receive a message from us and the product will be delivered in no more than 20 workdays.
Transport
Transporting products will be done exclusively through TNT-post and is always in the name of the customer. If you want your order to be insured during transport you have to make this noticed yourself. Normally products will be sent uninsured.
Customs and import
The chance that your parcel will be submitted for taxes in your country will be in your expense. Goldwingsite.eu has no control over this and can not predict the height of these costs. Import conditions differ per country. For more information you can contact your customs office
Liability and extra costs
Goldwingsite.eu is not responsible for delay in delivery, involving circumstances in which Goldwingsite has no control over. In those situations Goldwingsite.eu has the right to delay the delivery. For example: strikes, terrorism, and war, problems with suppliers, transport, production, government actions and nature disasters. If this kind of delay is longer than two months the customer and Goldwingsite.eu both can cancel the order without the right to restitution.
When a customer refuses to accept the products or is neglecting to give the right address necessary for delivery, the products will be stored by the customers own risk. Extra costs for a new delivery or the storage of these products will be charged to the customer.
Cooling off period
After receiving your products you have the right to undo your buy within 7 days, without giving an explanation. Please send an email to retour@Goldwingsite.eu in which you tell that you want to return the products. You will receive a confirmation that you may return the products. Shipping expenses will always be charged to the customer. De products must be unopened and in original packing. After receiving the products back by Goldwingsite.eu the payment done by the customer minus the shipping expenses will be returned to your account.
Warranty
We will only send complete and undamaged products. Damage that occurs during transport by TNT post can not be refunded on the Goldwingsite.eu. Depending on the damage restitution may be demanded from TNT post.
We will send our products with the utmost care, There is however always a possibility that a products is wrongly delivered. If so, please send an email to retour@ Goldwingsite.eu with the invoice number of the products and a description of the products. Only in such case are extra shipping expenses paid by Goldwingsite.eu. All our products have a standard 3 month warranty unless otherwise specified. If a product is broken or dirty with delivery you can send an email to retour@Goldwingsite.eu. Please make an specific description of your complaint. We will contact you as soon as possible.
Complaints
You can send your complaints to help@Goldwingsite.eu. We will do all we can to answer your questions and resolve your complaint.
Shipping expenses are always for the customer. If the returned products do not show any defect we will charge shipping expenses again and 15 euros for research and administrative expenses. Products that are no longer under warranty can not be fixed or replaced by Goldwingsite.eu. We never return money but a coupon you can only spend in the Goldwingsite.eu. This coupon can never have a higher value than the original price of the bought product.
By placing an order, you will agree with the mentioned terms. Only Dutch law can rule about other conditions than the one mentioned on this site.
Privacy
Goldwingsite.eu uses your customer information strictly for the placed orders. The information given by you will be kept in archive of the Goldwingsite.eu. Your information will never be given to other partners of companies.
